3. For Event Organizers

Event Creation: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide for your events. You agree not to post content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates any laws.

Fees and Payments: We charge fees for certain services, such as publishing events or a commission on ticket sales. These fees will be clearly disclosed to you. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information to receive funds from ticket sales. Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule, and we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4. For Attendees

Registration and Tickets: When you register for an event, you are entering into an agreement with the event organizer. For paid events, payment must be completed successfully to confirm your registration. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the organizer or required by law.

Event Conduct: You agree to abide by any rules or codes of conduct established by the event organizer.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Kevents (e.g., event descriptions, images). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or obscene content.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute spam or malware.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to issues with events, transactions, or interactions between users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
